Cali Appraiser has been appraising real estate in the local markets of Los Angeles and Ventura counties for the past 6 years. We are FHA approved and provide quality appraisal products in a timely fashion. We provide many types of residential real estate valuation products.

We provide other valuation services as well, such as BPO's and MMR's (generally for asset management companies and lenders). Quality and timeliness are what set us apart. All of our appraisers hold at minimum a certified residential real estate appraiser license, so we have no limitations on loan amounts.
